1. Return Policy 

  • Returns are to be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • The gemstone should be brand new, unused, undamaged and come in its original packaging along with the certificate and invoice.
  • Gemstones that have been resized, engraved, or customized are not returnable.
  • The return request should be okayed before sending the product back.

  • After approval, pack the gemstone with all original documents very carefully and send it to our return address.
  • After confirmation, we will exchange or refund your money.

2. Refund Policy

  • After we receive the returned gemstone, our gemologists will check its condition and authenticity.
  • If cleared, the refund will be made within 7-10 business days through the original payment mode.
  • Shipping costs, certification fees (if any), and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is not accepted (due to tampering or damage), the gemstone will be returned to the customer.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt for a different gemstone of the same or greater value.
  • The gemstone to be returned must fulfill our return criteria.
  • If the new gemstone is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
  • Resized or customized gemstones are not exchangeable.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • After shipment, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Important Notes

  • We do not bear return shipping charges unless there is a damaged or wrong product.
  • Any gemstone that is found to be changed, broken, or replaced will not be returned or refunded.
  • Gems Wala’s decision will be final in case of any disagreement.
